We’re seeking an energetic, creative, and self-motivated Social Media Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about digital storytelling. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the online voice of multiple leading brands, helping us grow engagement, visibility, and loyalty across platforms. POSITION SUMMARY

As the Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for developing, curating, and publishing engaging content across social platforms. You’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our social media channels, drive strategy aligned with marketing objectives, and help enhance our digital presence with bold and original content.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation
  • Deep knowledge of all major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIN)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a strong grasp of tone and brand voice
  • Experience managing content calendars and coordinating multiple brand accounts
Responsibilities
  • Develop, schedule, and manage daily content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIN and more.
  • Maintain and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
  • Create compelling visual content using Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, F&B, Hotel Operations, and Retail teams to source content and ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor online conversations, respond to community questions, and engage with followers to boost customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Stay current on social trends and platform updates, recommending innovative approaches and content formats.
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as engagement, reach, impressions, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Support influencer outreach and content collaborations with bloggers and creators.
  • Contribute to the development of social media strategy and campaign execution.
