(DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Social Media Coordinator to manage social media content, scheduling, and engagement analytics. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple social media campaigns efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively. Key Responsibilities Billing & Accounts Processing Create, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms. Monitor engagement metrics and respond to comments/messages. Maintain content calendars and posting schedules. Compliance & Reporting Assist in the preparation of social media performance reports for management review. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and company policies. Help with analytics tracking and reporting processes. Cross-Department Coordination Collaborate with marketing, design, and communications teams. Ensure social media strategies align with company goals and industry standards. Required Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in social media coordination or digital marketing. Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in government contracting or defense-related communications. Familiarity with analytics tools and content management systems. Core Competencies Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in content and reporting. Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with team members. Problem-Solving: Address engagement and content issues proactively. Time Management: Handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
