THE EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years paid social experience (agency side essential)
• Strong Meta platform expertise + experience with TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit preferred
• eCommerce campaign experience essential
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Google Analytics knowledge valuable
• Performance reporting experience highly valued

We need a paid social obsessive who gets genuinely excited about CTRs and creative testing. You’ll be the wizard behind campaigns for some of the world’s best brands.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• 40% Campaign implementation & optimisation (the techy bits)
• 20% Reporting and insights development (big brain energy)
• 15% Budget management & pacing (the nerdy parts)
• 15% Copywriting support (worth-smith sorcery)
• 10% Client relationship management (the funnest stuff…)
