KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

  • Comfortable liaising with third-party designers, animators etc.
    Salary is £22,000. Salary is dependent on the skill sets and experience you have to date. Company laptop is provided. This is a remote based position which requires 1 day in the office per week.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will be involved in assisting and nurturing the growth of all of our social media platforms along with creating podcast content with the team and our clients. You will be working closely with the Marketing and CRM Manager on the planning and strategy for this growth as well as all departments of the business for ideas and content.
We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, proactive and committed. You need to be highly organized, with a likeable personality. This should be complemented by your welcoming and professional manner towards clients and staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to embark on an essential role in the growth of an exciting company.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels
  • Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools
  • Create and/or coordinate original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms, including video
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Audience Insights
  • Optimise content to further encourage community interaction and engagement
  • Creating and publishing content in line with our social media strategy, specifically; Blog posts, Video content, Social media posts
  • Delivering our social media strategy across all platforms
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing & CRM Manager
