Social Media Coordinator
The Social Media Coordinator will serve as a key member of the Marketing team, supporting the Director of Marketing and Director of Sales with the execution of the hotel’s social and digital strategy. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across various platforms to enhance the hotel’s online presence, drive engagement, and support marketing initiatives and community partnerships.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following tasks, performed to the highest standards:

  • Develop and schedule original social media content for Hilton West Palm Beach and its outlets.
  • Capture and curate on-site photos, videos, Reels, and behind-the-scenes content that highlights our unique guest experience, culinary offerings, team members, and local partnerships.
  • Maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual identity across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and engage with guests, influencers, and community followers across platforms to foster relationships and elevate the hotel’s reputation.
  • Support influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns.
  • Assist in the planning and promotion of hotel events, restaurant promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (F&B Sales, Front Office) to gather information for marketing activations and social content.
  • Support community programming and philanthropic efforts.
  • Track performance metrics, generate monthly social media reports, and provide insights to optimize content and engagement.
  • Stay up to date on trends, platform updates, and digital best practices to evolve strategy.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with Hilton and Hilton West Palm Beach messaging.
  • Provide marketing support for print and digital collateral as needed.
  • Assist with maintaining the marketing calendar, coordinating content timelines, processing invoices, and supporting internal communications.
  • Support public relations efforts including press outreach, media visits, and grand opening events.
  • Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed
  • Be brand ambassador for all HWPB initiatives, Hilton brand and Hilton initiatives
