Position: Social Media Coordinator
Location: Lakewood Ranch, FL (On-Site)
Reports To: Global Marketing Director
Hours: M-F / 8:30 AM – 5 PM

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a global B2B or industrial/technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-regional or multilingual social media campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of organic and paid social strategies, influencer engagement, and community management.
  • Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar marketing automation tools preferred.
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Highly analytical with experience tracking KPIs, interpreting insights, and optimizing content strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global social media strategy that supports company goals across brand, product, and demand generation.
  • Manage and grow IRISS’s presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and other platforms as appropriate.
  • Create and manage a global content calendar, ensuring localization, consistency, and alignment with campaigns, product launches, and regional events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce engaging, high-quality content (e.g., posts, videos, infographics, stories, and webinars).
  • Lead the development and implementation of paid social media campaigns to support lead generation and remarketing efforts.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, and platform-native insights.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies to inform IRISS’s digital innovation.
  • Support the IRISS brand voice globally, ensuring compliance with corporate messaging, tone, and visual identity.
