SKILLS

  • Must have experience and extensive knowledge in all social media outlets, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Must have photography/video/editing skills.
  • Preferred experience with Canva.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle as you will be traveling between Dade and Broward County on occasion.
  • Must be extremely personable, friendly, lively, and enjoy talking to people.
  • Must be professional and maintain a professional appearance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 1-3 years of Social Media Experience.
  • Must be bilingual.
  • Job Type: Full-time, on-site.
  • Pay: $44,000.00 per year, plus benefits.

Responsibilities

. Updating rental communities on all social media outlets daily. This includes Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
· Highlight community specials and starting rates in online marketing posts.
· Creating and scheduling content and copy for all socials, as well as creating some graphics for social media.
· Engage online and encourage residents to post reviews, like posts, and engage in social media.
· Visit properties periodically to capture updated pictures and content of the units and community amenities.
· Making sure all ILS sites are up to date with updated images and content.
· Attending, photographing, and helping plan community events and parties (This may include some evenings and weekends).
· Assist the marketing team with ongoing campaigns and curb appeal of communities.
· Reputation management through Google Reviews and Exchange Reviews (experience preferred, not needed).
· Collaborate with the other marketing assistant to create and organize the monthly company newsletter.
