Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. This fully remote role is perfect for a creative, trend-savvy individual who understands how to build engaged communities online. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok Create, write, and schedule engaging posts, stories, and short-form video content Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner Track and analyse performance metrics and provide monthly reporting Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality visual assets Stay current with social media trends and platform algorithm changes Assist with influencer outreach and community partnership initiatives Qualifications and Experience 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency Strong copywriting and content creation skills Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar) Proficiency in Canva or basic Adobe tools for creating visual content Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking Creative thinker with a finger on the pulse of current digital trends Self-motivated and organised, able to manage content pipelines remotely Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies preferred Salary: R22,000/month | 100% Remote
