Description Create content. Build buzz. Make people hungry. Sonny’s BBQ is hiring a Social Media Coordinator in Winter Park, FL (Hybrid) to help bring our brand to life across social. This is a full-time role reporting to the Director, PR & Communications. We’re looking for someone who knows how to turn everyday moments into scroll-stopping content — from short-form video and strong copy to community engagement and real-time content creation. What You’ll Do Create and publish social content across platforms, including short-form video Write captions and copy that feel warm, real, and true to the Sonny’s brand voice Capture content in restaurants, at events, and during activations across our footprint Manage day-to-day engagement across comments, DMs, tags, and reviews Track social performance and turn data into content recommendations Support influencer and creator partnerships What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or community management Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create short-form video independently Experience managing social channels for a brand or organization Someone who is organized, trend-aware, and comfortable moving quickly in a fast-paced environment Background in restaurants, hospitality, or food/beverage brand marketing Why You’ll Love This Role Health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with up to 3.5% company match PTO and paid holidays Paid parental leave Wellness reimbursement Additional life, disability, and accident coverage options Growth opportunities with a well-known brand To apply, please submit your resume plus links to your portfolio, content samples, or social work.
