What you will do: Content Planning, Scheduling & Posting Assist in scheduling and posting content across social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, X (and more). Follow the social media calendar to ensure all posts are timely and aligned with campaign objectives. Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to ensure smooth content rollout and maintain consistency across platforms. Social Channel Monitoring & Engagement Monitor social media channels to track brand mentions, monitor comments, and stay aware of audience reactions. Engage actively with followers, responding to comments, tagging relevant partners, and fostering interaction within our community. Identify and flag potential trends, providing feedback to the Social Media Manager as needed. Trend Analysis & Competitor Monitoring Stay up-to-date with social media trends, identifying new opportunities to keep our brand relevant and engaging. Conduct competitor monitoring to inform content planning and engagement strategies, providing insights to the Social Media Manager for potential adjustments. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track and report on social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth) to assess content effectiveness and guide future strategies. Support the Social Media Manager by providing insights on engagement trends and content performance for ongoing optimisation. Team Collaboration Work closely with content creators and graphic designers to ensure planned content is prepared, on-brand, and ready for publication. Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure alignment between social media and broader marketing initiatives. What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Fluent in Spanish Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of social media management tools.
