JOB SUMMARY

Tadhana Marketing is a fast-growing Seattle-based creative agency specializing in digital strategy, content creation, and brand storytelling. We work with a wide range of industries. From medspas and jewelry to restaurants, retail, home services, and emerging creator brands.
We’re hiring a part-time Social Media Coordinator to help us bring strong visual content and campaign ideas to life. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, creative, and loves being both behind the scenes and on the ground during shoot days. You’ll work directly with the founder and collaborate with our team on everything from client content creation to visual planning and caption writing.
This position is flexible, fast-paced, and full of variety, no two weeks will look the same.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Based in Seattle (must be available for on-site client shoots)
  • Strong eye for content creation; you know how to shoot clean, aesthetic videos and photos for social
  • Experience editing Reels, TikTok, or short-form content using apps like CapCut, Edits, or Adobe tools
  • Familiar with camera angles, lighting, and framing (you don’t need to be a pro photographer, but you can make content look good)
  • Able to follow or create basic shot lists and bring creative direction to life
  • Familiar with trends and what performs well on Instagram/TikTok
  • Organized, communicative, and able to manage multiple content tasks at once
  • Bonus if you have experience creating content for small businesses or brands in beauty, food, wellness, or lifestyle
    Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Contract
    Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month
    Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
