Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are expanding our marketing content strategy and are seeking a talented and passionate content creator to join our team and help us reach new customers and build brand awareness across our social media channels, primarily TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. You will be responsible for developing engaging and creative content that showcases our products and resonates with our audience. Working directly with our Co-Founder, this is the perfect opportunity to learn on-the-job and help shape our social strategy and personality!
This role is based in Wyong on the Central Coast of NSW and working on site is essential.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Develop, write, and produce highly engaging short-form and long-form video content for TikTok, YouTube, and Reels, including but not limited to product demonstrations, challenges, and behind-the-scenes insights
  • Film, edit, and schedule content across the various platforms
  • Build upon the existing community with our audience through creative and compelling storytelling, call-to-actions, and engaging visuals
  • Work alongside internal teams to host live streams and film content for videos, stories, etc
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to make data-driven decisions to improve our content strategy and develop new ways of growing and reaching new customers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, challenges, and viral content, using this knowledge to inform content strategies
  • Work with other creators on collabs and partnerships
  • Manage social media accounts and interactions
