Working Title is looking for a true social-first creative, the kind of social creative who understand story telling, posting cadence, platform nuance, social trends and how to grow channels inside feeds. A passion in Film & TV is a must, alongside being comfortable working with some of the UK’s top creatives to grow existing and new social media platform engagement & opportunities. Job Purpose The Social Media Creative will be responsible for the capture, content creation and execution of organic social across the Working Title owned platforms, ensuring the content is rooted in platform behaviour, and tonally appropriate for Working Title’s exacting high creative standards. Working alongside key members of the Working Title team, this role will curate audience-first, platform specific content that’s aligned with the overall look and feel of Working Title’s iconic brand. Job Description To curate, create, schedule and publish Working Title’s social creative across their own platforms with a view to growing their online presence in a more meaningful and curated way. Write and refine hooks, captions and copy Staying up to date with the latest social media trends in the creative industries and tracking on behalf of management & executive teams Work closely with key Production and Distributor Unit partners to capture unique BTS moments in the voice of Working Title Drive awareness of in-release film campaigns by reposting select standout social campaign creative created by the distributor Staying on top of key outlets, reviews and awards news as appropriate to track social buzz Contribute towards the creative ideas to amplify Working Title’s back catalogue, creating innovative content related to beloved titles, but grounded in point & purpose. Help shape the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offering quarterly reports to the management and executive teams, outlining any necessary changes and setting measurable goals Qualifications Strong experience and understanding of social platforms and digital formats, to shoot and edit short form social videos, optimised to platform Strong knowledge of IG, Reels, YT, YT Shorts, Tik Tok – hands on video production and editing skills (CapCut, Premier, Rush or similar) Experienced in understanding of frame composition (lighting, angles, negative space, photo clarity/depth of frame) and studio tools such as ring lights, tripods, props, backdrops, etc. Comfortable producing premium, social-first content, sometimes at pace. Ability to work, sometimes independently in a fast-paced creative environment Comfortable with reactive social posting /re-posting out of hours Tech skills Proficient in Premiere, after effects and for static posts photoshop Able to mix down social spots in premiere Create their own graphics Comfortable layering score, music cues Great communication & networking skills to liaise with senior leadership, talent and the in-house team. Experience working in the Film, TV or Theatre industry is preferred. An ability to multitask and perform under pressure Ideally holds a degree in related fields, such as marketing, media and communications and business management, but not essential.
