ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Social Media Content & Ads Specialist, you’ll be the wizard behind the screen, conjuring up creative content that makes our clients shine online. From designing eye-catching graphics to crafting posts that people just have to like and share, you’ll keep audiences hooked and coming back for more. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Content Creation and Strategy

  • Developing Content Plans: Plan and create content calendars aligned with client goals and promotions.
  • Content Writing: Craft engaging and brand-aligned copy for posts, captions, and stories.
  • Graphic and Video Design: Create visual content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

Platform Management

  • Publishing Content: Schedule and post on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to build brand loyalty.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of trends, tools, and features to keep clients relevant and fresh.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Performance Tracking: Measure reach, engagement, click-through rates, and more.
  • Adjusting Strategies: Use data-driven insights to refine content and optimize results.
  • Reporting: Compile performance reports for clients and internal reviews.

Meta Advertising

  • Ad Campaign Strategy & Management: Plan, create, and manage paid social campaigns using Meta Ads Manager across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Audience Targeting: Build custom audiences, retargeting groups, and lookalikes to maximize ROI.
  • Creative Testing & Optimization: Develop ad creative and test variations to improve performance.
  • Budget Management: Monitor spend, track conversions, and ensure campaigns stay on budget while achieving performance goals.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide clients with monthly ad reports and actionable insights.

Collaboration

  • Team Coordination: Work closely with marketing, web, and design teams to align social media with broader campaigns.
  • Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to capture their vision, adapt strategies, and deliver outstanding results.
