SOCIAL MEDIA & DESIGN ASSISTANT

LONDONBEAUTYCOMPANY LTD is a premier retailer of authentic luxury makeup and beauty products. We take pride in providing our discerning clientele with the finest beauty products, sourced from renowned brands worldwide.
We currently have a part-time position available for 2 days per week.
There may be potential for additional working days in the future as we expand, including the launch of a new business/website specialising in gothic, movie, and collectable memorabilia.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a small, friendly team. The role will primarily involve creating website banners, sliders, email marketing graphics, and social media content using Canva, as well as assisting with other light office/marketing tasks as required.
Due to the presence of office pets, we kindly request that candidates who have severe allergies to animals carefully consider their compatibility with this aspect of our work environment.

SKILLS & QUALITIES

  • Strong eye for design and creativity (no formal qualification required)
  • Proficiency in Canva
  • Good understanding of all major social media platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Beneficial: basic understanding of Microsoft 365
    Job Type: Zero hours contract

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designing website banners, sliders, and other promotional graphics
  • Creating engaging email marketing visuals and templates
  • Producing creative content for social media (posts, stories, ads, etc.)
  • Working with the team to plan and create content tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.)
  • Supporting the marketing team with digital content for campaigns and promotions
  • Assisting with light website and office tasks as required
