ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
· Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
· Strong written and visual communication skills.
· Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Etc).
· Passion for pets, retail branding, and community engagement.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Design Assistant to join our marketing team on-site. This role is perfect for someone passionate about animals, digital trends, and visual storytelling. You’ll help enhance our online presence, support our retail and wholesale brand strategies, and creatively promote our brand across digital platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
· Design compelling visuals and graphics for social media, email marketing, retail promotions, and wholesale campaigns using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
· Collaborate closely with marketing and wholesale teams to effectively promote products, events, and campaigns.
· Engage with our online communities, responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews.
· Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to enhance digital strategies.
· Stay current with industry trends in pet products, social media, and digital design best practices.
· Be happy to represent the brand on camera as a storyteller and a brand advocate (Tiktok Lives, Instagram Lives etc)
