POSITION SUMMARY:

Moveo Performance is seeking a Social Media & Digital Content Specialist who can take the lead in recording, editing, and consistently posting engaging content to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This role requires a creative storyteller who thrives both behind the camera and in the editing suite, producing high-quality short-form videos, photos, and graphics that align with our brand voice. You will report to the Marketing Director and collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure our social presence drives engagement, community growth, and brand awareness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in social media content creation — especially short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
• Strong photography skills for both candid and planned shoots.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, or Canva (preferred).
• Understanding of social media analytics and how to apply insights to improve performance.
• Excellent communication skills for crafting engaging captions and on-screen text.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet posting deadlines consistently.

• Support email marketing campaigns with visually engaging and brand-consistent content.
• Assist with website updates to ensure content is accurate, dynamic, and optimized for engagement.
• Provide event coverage through real-time social media posts, photography, and recap videos.
• Ensure brand content is consistently shared across facilities using digital signage and other mediums.
