As we prepare for the winter season, we are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern to support our online presence and help launch a pre-winter campaign across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, while also assisting with SEO and digital marketing projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong interest in luxury travel, hospitality, or ski industry marketing.
• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook marketing.
• Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, or similar).
• Interest or experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Creative mindset with excellent written English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• French language skills a bonus, but not essential.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will work closely with our management team to design and deliver a Pre-Winter Campaign that builds excitement, increases engagement, and drives enquiries for the upcoming ski season.
The role includes the opportunity to travel to the Tignes & Val d’Isère ski area to capture content on-site at our chalets, the ski slopes, and the local alpine lifestyle.
You will also contribute to website SEO projects, email marketing, and content creation to strengthen our overall digital presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Travel to Tignes & Val d’Isère to capture high-quality photo and video content.
• Assist with SEO: keyword research, on-page optimisation, and blog content.
• Support email newsletters and guest communications.
• Create visuals and branded templates for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Research competitor activity, influencers, and luxury travel trends.
• Assist with community management – responding to comments, DMs, and guest reviews.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
