Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in social media and digital marketing management
• Strong understanding of content trends, brand building, and audience engagement
• Confident in giving direction to creatives and marketing teams
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Later, Meta Ads Manager, or GA4
• Bonus: Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Digital Medi

• Develop and manage the overall social media strategy
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars in collaboration with the content creator
• Engage with our audience via social media DMs, story replies, and comments
• Direct content creators on what to shoot and post
• Collaborate with the SEO and Paid Ads teams on content needs and campaign timing
• Analyse performance data and report key insights regularly
• Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity across all platforms
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns
• Support bridal content days and boutique visit preparations
• Research and reach out to influencers, celebrities, and PR contacts (magazines, TV, podcasts)
