Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and project showcases.
• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar.
• Write compelling captions, blogs, newsletters, and marketing copy.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Optimize website content and improve SEO performance.
• Generate qualified B2B leads through digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate with the design and sales teams to promote products, completed projects, and company achievements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, branding, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing platforms.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in luxury hospitality, architecture, interior design, furniture, lifestyle, or premium brands.
• Photography, videography, or video editing skills.
• Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and marketing automation.
• Experience managing company websites and WordPress.
