WHAT YOU BRING

  • Diploma or degree in Technology, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or Web Development.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva), and video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, X Ads, etc.).
  • Strong written and visual communication skills.
  • Interest in sports, fitness, or wrestling culture is a big plus.
  • Comfortable reporting directly to executive leadership and managing client relationships.
  • Willingness and availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

We’re looking for a Social Media & Digital Technology Coordinator who can combine creativity, tech expertise, and a passion for bold storytelling to support and grow our client’s digital presence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll serve as the primary digital and creative lead for our wrestling gym client, helping them punch through the noise and grow their brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Social Media Management: Plan, create, and publish engaging posts to Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter (X), capturing the gym’s energy, events, and community spirit.
  • Ad Campaigns: Design, launch, and monitor paid ads for classes, tournaments, and merch—optimizing for performance and reach.
  • Website Updates: Maintain and update the gym’s website with current programs, schedules, news, and content.
  • Tech Support: Handle light troubleshooting, CMS maintenance, and ensure digital tools stay sharp and functional.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and present insights directly to the CEO.
  • Client Collaboration: Work directly with the wrestling gym team to gather content, align brand messaging, and support day-to-day digital needs.
  • Event Coverage: Must be available to capture content or post updates during evenings and weekends, when events, tournaments, or peak gym activities often occur.
