POSITION OVERVIEW:

CompoSecure, a leader in payment, security, and authentication solutions is reinventing digital security and authentication through its Arculus brand. This role will support all solutions offered by Arculus, with the main focus on the crypto cold storage offering.The Social MediaE-commerce Manager will play a critical role in shaping our overall social media presence and social selling approach. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Marketing, this role will be a key member of the Marketing team and accountable for the development and execution of all social experiences. The individual will work closely with functional areas of the business to support key messaging in the market and will own how we show up across social. This is a commercially focused role - accountable for driving customer engagement, unit sales and promoting usage of product.
We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative marketer who will be responsible for bringing the Arculus narrative to life through social channels (organic, paid, and social selling - including affililiates/influencers). You’re a creative thinker with big picture ideas and also have the ability to roll up your sleeves and execute with tactical precision.
The Social MediaE-Commerce Manager will report to the Global Head of Marketing and will be expected to work on-site five days a week in our Somerset, NJ office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management and/or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of growing and managing social media channels
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Canva, Sprout Social)
  • Proven expertise with 3rd party selling platforms, especially Amazon and TikTok Shop
  • Experience with influencer marketing or community building
  • Creating and/or managing an affiliate program - a plus!
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Understand the importance of measurement and ROI, excels at providing insights from digital reporting and other analytics
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Passion / interest /experience in fintech, digital security, and crypto space preferred
  • Proactive team-player with the ability to multi-task, think creatively, and learn quickly
  • Experience working in a start-up atmosphere and/or a fast-changing, hands-on work environment is ideal
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field required

Responsibilities
  • As the guardian of all things social, you’ll be accountable for owning all things Arculus social
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Create and execute social marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
  • Manage and grow presence across all major social platforms (e.g., X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, social trends, and emerging tools.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform with a consistent message across all. Will have opportunity to work with external agencies to on creative approach
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
  • Manage budgets for promotions and campaigns.
  • Track competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth
  • Drive unit sales through various channels, including but not limited to: Amazon, TikTok Shop, website - we are looking to double unit sales in 2026
  • Drive customer engagement with product and brand to ensure optimal customer experience and drive revenue growth
  • Identify and develop partnerships influencers and/or affiliate programs to drive awareness and consideration of our product
  • Synthesize (and execute where appropriate) competitor research and customer insights into actionable plans and campaigns to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Product, Customer Support, Logistics, Sales
  • Collaborate with external partners and brands on social co-marketing and selling efforts
