Classy Canines Wiggle Rumps & Wiggle Rumps ReTail is hiring a Social Media & E-Commerce Manager to manage our online presence and retail sales across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and e-commerce platforms!
About Us:
We’re a fast-growing, pet-focused business with a strong social media presence, including viral videos that have reached millions. We specialize in pet grooming, creative styling, training, and retail products for pet lovers. With a new store and exciting products to promote, we’re looking for a motivated team member to help us grow online sales and engagement!

Job Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute creative strategies to grow followers, boost engagement, and drive traffic to our store.
• Plan and schedule daily posts, reels, and stories.
• Respond to comments, messages, and interactions to build community and brand loyalty.
• Monitor trends and create viral-worthy content.
• E-Commerce Management:
• Manage online store inventory, product listings, and pricing.
• Write compelling product descriptions and create promotional content.
• Process online orders and manage shipping schedules.
• Track and analyze sales performance, making data-driven adjustments.
• Marketing & Campaigns:
• Collaborate with the team to promote products, services, and special events.
• Run targeted advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
• Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to drive visibility and sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok).
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Square, or WooCommerce.
• Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms.
• Strong writing skills for captions and product descriptions.
• Proficiency with design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe).
• Ability to analyze data, track sales, and measure performance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for pets and the pet industry is a huge plus!

Job Type:

• Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible Schedule Available).
