Ebanista, a premier luxury interior design and home furnishings brand, is looking for a talented Social Media & Email Marketing Coordinator to join our in-person marketing team. This role blends social media content creation, digital marketing, and email campaign management for a brand serving high-net-worth clients and top interior designers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years’ experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (luxury or design industry a plus).
  • Skilled in short-form video editing, photography, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO basics for social media and email.
  • Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest best practices.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work on-site in Orange County.

    Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Create original photo and video content using iPhone for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Plan, schedule, and post daily content; manage tags, hashtags, and platform optimization.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build brand community.
  • Coordinate with professional photographers/videographers for campaigns and product launches.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using Hubspot — from concept to send.
  • Track performance metrics for social and email marketing; recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager on content calendars and seasonal campaigns.
