REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in social media or community management.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English (knowledge of Mandarin/Malay/Tamil an advantage).
  • Familiar with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about engaging online audiences.
Responsibilities
  • Manage social media communities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Schedule and publish daily/weekly posts according to the content calendar.
  • Write engaging captions and adapt tone of voice to platform and audience.
  • Monitor DMs, comments, and community interactions, ensuring timely responses.
  • Track sentiment, engagement levels, and feedback to improve community health.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on follower growth, engagement rate, and reach.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams for campaign alignment.
