· Responsibility for the day-to-day social media management, content creation across multiply formats, community engagement and reporting.
· Monitor our platforms analytics
· Plan and create short form content for key areas of the business including reels, photos and copy. Work with external agencies and partners on content creation when needed.
· Support with social media content planning and marketing projects.
· Assist our managed properties with their social media channels, offering guidance and expertise to maintain a consistent message
· Manage and respond to customer queries across social media platforms, engaging with customers and interacting with our online community
