We are looking for a Social Media Executive who is highly motivated to work with our Sales and Marketing team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali. Current Responsibilities Create and manage various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and prioritize tasks effectively Create engaging content, write compelling copy, and produce visually appealing posts. Create social media advertising, paid promotions, and campaign management. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to optimize social media efforts. Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring Monitor and analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations. Only for Chinese Expatriate Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Minimum 2 years work experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry Experience managing social media platforms for business purposes. Understanding of social media best practices, trends, and algorithm changes. Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
