Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive with at least 2 years of proven experience in managing digital campaigns within the Corporate Events, Weddings, and Destination Management sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, curating, and executing social media strategies that amplify our brand presence, engage diverse audiences, and drive client interest.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute engaging content strategies tailored to corporate events, weddings, and destination management services.
  • Manage daily social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube).
  • Create compelling written, visual, and video content that aligns with brand voice and business goals.
  • Track social media trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to keep 4 Seasons at the forefront of digital engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to promote live events, behind-the-scenes stories, and client showcases.
  • Manage paid campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain a strong online community presence.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management for corporate events, weddings, or destination management.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and content creation.
  • Proficiency in design/editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
  • Knowledge of paid media, SEO, and digital campaign management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
