Are you a beauty-obsessed social media pro with a flair for content creation and community building? Graphters, a leading beauty distributor based in Redhill, Surrey, is on the hunt for a passionate and creative Social Media Executive to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone with 2+ years of experience working in social media within the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors. You’ll take full ownership of our social presence — from strategy and storytelling to scheduling, social commerce, and community engagement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar social media role within a beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG brand.
  • Proven experience with content creation, including photography, video editing, and design.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Canva, etc.).
  • A creative mindset with a strong understanding of social trends and platform nuances.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and campaigns at once.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute organic and paid social media campaigns across TikTok and Meta platforms.
  • Create engaging content including photography, design, and video editing tailored to each channel.
  • Write compelling copy and ensure consistent tone of voice across all social platforms and campaigns.
  • Schedule content, manage community interaction, and respond to customer service queries via social media.
  • Monitor platform analytics and report on performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, proposing new ideas and platform updates.
  • Work with content creators and influencers on a gifting/UGC basis
  • Identify and manage collaborative partnerships for social competitions and campaigns.
  • Provide PR and event support when required.
  • Collaborate closely with social media assistants & wider marketing team to deliver key objectives.
