AYANA Hospitality seeks an execution-focused Social Media Executive to steward our corporate and portfolio social presence across the Greater Jakarta Area. The role delivers refined, platform-native content; upholds strict brand governance; enables property teams; and supports paid media and influencer initiatives to strengthen brand equity and commercial performance Key responsibilities: Execute the corporate/portfolio social strategy aligned with brand positioning, reputation, revenue priorities, and seasonal demand. Maintain a master, multi-market content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube/Shorts, and LinkedIn; orchestrate launches, brand moments, and cross–business unit campaigns. Create elevated, platform-native content (copy, imagery, short-form video) and toolkits/templates for properties; uphold brand voice, visual identity, and accessibility standards. Maintain governance: social playbooks, tone of voice, asset specifications, approval workflows, and community management protocols. Enable properties through trainings, best-practice sharing, compliance audits, and constructive coaching; curate UGC and manage rights for corporate use. Coordinate closely with Revenue Management, E‑commerce/CRM, Sales/MICE, F&B, Spa, Events, and PR to ensure social supports portfolio campaigns, loyalty initiatives, and B2B objectives. Manage corporate community engagement; meet response-time SLAs, oversee escalations, and guide service recovery in partnership with operations. Support portfolio-level paid social programs: audience strategy, pixels/UTMs, A/B testing, creative rotations, budget pacing, and ROAS reporting; provide guidance for property-level buys. Support influencer/KOL initiatives: selection criteria, contracting, briefing and hosting standards, usage rights/whitelisting, disclosures, and measurement (EMV/ROI). Conduct social listening and competitive/share-of-voice benchmarking; translate insights into content, guest service, and campaign refinements. Build measurement frameworks and dashboards (GA4, link-in-bio, platform analytics); deliver precise weekly/monthly reporting and executive-ready summaries. Assist in planning integrated campaigns for tentpole periods (public holidays, staycation seasons, wedding/MICE fairs, CSR/ESG initiatives, brand anniversaries) and ensure cohesive rollout. Brief, manage, and quality-control agencies/creators/vendors; oversee shot lists, production timelines, and post-production standards. Maintain a centralized digital asset library/DAM with rigorous tagging, usage rights, and re-use policies. Conduct monthly profile hygiene audits across corporate channels; spot-check property accounts and drive timely remediation. Partner with Corporate Communications/PR on coordinated narratives, press/influencer stays, and crisis messaging; support employer branding and leadership visibility (particularly on LinkedIn). Track and manage budgets related to content, paid media, creators, tools, and agencies; ensure cost discipline and accurate invoicing. Coordinate with IT/Legal on platform security, account access, brand safety, and governance. Experience 2-3 years of social media experience in hospitality/travel/lifestyle, with multi-property or corporate/brand-side experience preferred Skill and Competencies: · Strong short-form video skills; confident briefing and producing mobile-first content; solid grasp of platform trends and creative best practices · Proficiency with Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, TikTok Business Center, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn, GA4/UTMs · Working knowledge of paid social optimization, pixels/conversions, and reporting; experience managing agencies and budgets · Excellent stakeholder management and communication; ability to train and coach property teams · Comfortable with occasional evening/weekend/holiday work for major brand moments and with periodic on-site visits to properties · Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines across Business Units · Good English skills, written and oral; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency strongly preferred · Positive attitude, team player, and high attention to detail; compliance- and brand-safety minded
