• Content Creation:Create and curate compelling and creative content, including text, images, and videos, for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Community Management:Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
• Performance Analysis:Track and measure the success of social media campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports on performance.
• Trend Monitoring:Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the company’s presence remains relevant.
• Brand Awareness:Promote brand awareness and maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
• Collaboration:Work with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure content is informative and aligns with broader company initiatives.
