Are you a creative storyteller who loves crafting content that gets people talking? Do you enjoy the buzz of the hospitality world and know how to bring it to life online? If so, we’re looking for a freelance social media manager to help elevate the digital presence of One Warwick Park Hotel in Tunbridge Wells.
One Warwick Park Hotel is a 4-star boutique hotel in Tunbridge Wells, just a stone’s throw from The Pantiles. Combining contemporary design with rich history, our hotel offers 39 luxury bedrooms, a restaurant, a chic bar, and versatile event spaces for weddings, conferences, and private celebrations.

As our Social Media Executive, you’ll support and execute social media strategies for One Warwick Park Hotel. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll manage content sourcing and creation, scheduling, and community management across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Your role will be key in enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and nurturing authentic connections with our audiences.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with other departments to source engaging visuals and content.
  • Execute social media strategies in line with business goals.
  • Report on KPIs and analyse performance weekly.
  • Create, schedule, and share compelling content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Write and proofread engaging copy with excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Stay on top of trends to ensure our social media remains fresh and relevant.
  • Monitor, respond to, and proactively engage with comments, messages, mentions, and tagged content across all social media platforms in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Follow and interact with accounts that align with our brand values, target audience, or local partnerships to grow our online community and enhance visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with followers, brand advocates, influencers, and local businesses through regular, meaningful interactions.
  • Participate in relevant Facebook groups by contributing to discussions, answering questions, and sharing insights that align with our brand voice.
