1. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

• Develop and execute a content calendar for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create visually appealing and engaging content (photos, reels, stories, carousels) showcasing our flowers, behind-the-scenes processes, and customer stories.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a loyal community.
• Collaborate with florists and photographers to produce high-quality visuals.
• Monitor trends in floral design, weddings, and gifting to keep content fresh and relevant.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in social media and organic marketing (preferably in lifestyle, floral, or e-commerce).
• Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for floral aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media algorithms.
• Excellent copywriting skills for captions, blogs, and emails.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for flowers, gardening, or related industries (a huge plus!).
