OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of content creation & social media management, allowing them to effectively communicate our brand’s message and values.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in social media and content creation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to create visually stunning content. Photography and videography and editing to high standard.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and engagement.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Food or health industry experience and advantage.
  • Food or fitness photography and content creation desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create engaging content tailored for different platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Manager to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting to our Sales & Marketing Manager regular analysis of performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies and adjustments as necessary.
  • Manage online communities by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
