• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement.
• Track social media performance, reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Prepare basic social media reports and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and creative teams when required.
• Maintain consistent brand image and communication across social media platforms.
• RequirementsDiploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or marketing is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong communication and content-writing skills.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Basic skills in photo/video editing and content creation.
• Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and advertising is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
