KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on LinkedIn as a lead generation tool.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithms and best practices for organic engagement.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to create compelling copy and design content that resonates with a professional audience.
  • Experience with analytics tools like LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and/or third-party platforms to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients through digital channels.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead generation tools.
  • Experience with other social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) in a B2B setting.
Responsibilities
  • LinkedIn Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive B2B LinkedIn marketing strategies that align with event goals and objectives.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Create and curate engaging event content (e.g. posts, articles, infographics, videos) that resonates with our target business audience and reflects our brand voice.
  • Lead Generation: Design and execute specific event campaigns aimed at generating high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn’s organic tools as well as InMail
  • Relationship Building: Utilise LinkedIn to engage with key decision-makers across all of our events and industry influencers, building relationships to generate potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with different internal teams across Global Insight Conferences.
  • Audience Segmentation: Leverage LinkedIn’s audience insights to build highly targeted campaigns that reach decision-makers in specific industries or company sizes.
  • Stay Up to Date: Continuously stay updated with LinkedIn’s algorithm changes, new tools, and trends in B2B marketing to remain competitive and innovative.
  • Track and report visits to site and conversions and report on key findings and recommendations.
