This is a hybrid working role and so you should be able to work independently from home and also from Birmingham City Centre as required.

Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be required to work on the planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring of our client’s social media accounts in order to increase brand awareness and campaign ROI.

CORE DUTIES

Liaise with clients in a professional manner
Create & execute digital marketing plans
Work collaboratively with clients and colleagues in order to create content calendars
Plan and schedule social media posts using scheduling software
Plan & execute TikTok activity
Monitor accounts and create associated reports
Use your creativity to identify and develop ways to increase engagement

GENERAL DUTIES

Adhere to company processes, policies, and procedures, particularly GDPR data protection legislation and health and safety best practices
Act as a point of contact for external enquiries and communication
Work in a way which celebrates diversity in practice, programmes, and projects
Act as a positive advocate of the company at all times
Carry out any other reasonable duties as required and agreed with your line manager
