We are looking for a result-driven Social Media Executive to join our team based in Ajman.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skill, a proven ability to think strategically and creatively, and a genuine passion for content creation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Content Creation & Social Media Management
· Create innovative, high-quality videos, reels, and short-form content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
· Write compelling scripts and captions aligned with brand messaging.
· Stay updated on social media trends, challenges, and viral content to integrate fresh ideas into content strategy.
· Plan, shoot, and edit behind-the-scenes, conceptual videos, product showcases, vlogs, and other engaging content.
Production & Collaboration
· Work closely with the marketing and brand team to align content with business goals.
· Coordinate and execute video shoots, managing logistics, locations, and necessary equipment.
· Oversee post-production editing, ensuring all content meets brand guidelines and maintains a high standard.
· Partner with in-house teams, agencies, influencers, and external creators to drive branded content projects.
Performance & Strategy
· Analyze content performance, providing insights on engagement and optimization strategies.
· Build content dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for growth.
· Assist in managing content-related budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Innovate and experiment with new content formats, storytelling techniques, and interactive experiences.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:

· Degree in marketing, communication, or business administration etc.
· Fluent in Arabic and English.
· Proven experience in content creation, video production, and social media management.
· Understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, and platform-specific best practices.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
· Basic knowledge of photography, lighting, and motion graphics is a plus.
· Strong storytelling and creative direction abilities.
· Passion for content creation.
