JOB SCOPE

We are looking for a Social Media Senior Executive / Content Creator to drive the growth and engagement of our internal social media channels across W Group and its entities, including Hypermedia and DXTA. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing compelling social media content that aligns with the company’s vision and brand identity. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, a strategic thinker, and a data-driven marketer with a passion for digital innovation.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration and management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and video production.
• Passion for digital marketing, brand building, and social media trends.
• Ability to develop creative content ideas for video, photography, and podcasts.
• Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, social media trends, and audience engagement, B2B marketing, or media industry.
• Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and generate performance reports
• Excellent writing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
