QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and running paid campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, and Reddit.
• Graphic design experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of content trends and ability to create engaging visuals and videos.
• Comfortable on camera for content creation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or graphic design (preferred but not required).

Gibbys Electronic Supermarket is seeking a Social Media Graphic Designer & Content Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who is both analytical and creative, understands social media inside and out, and is excited about designing content that captures attention.
You will be responsible for analyzing social media performance, creating and managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms, and producing engaging visual content that aligns with our brand. This is a hands-on role that blends data-driven decision-making with creativity.
