What You’ll Do Social Media Content Creation Create and adapt content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook, including captions, short-form videos, carousels, and stories tailored to different audiences. Short-Form Video Support Assist in planning, editing, and publishing short-form video content such as testimonials, behind-the-scenes clips, SME stories, and product explainers using tools like Canva and basic video editors. Content Calendar & Publishing Support the planning and scheduling of posts, ensuring content aligns with campaign timelines, product launches, and key marketing initiatives. Community & Engagement Support Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across social channels, flagging opportunities for interaction, trends, and content ideas. Campaign & Trend Execution Help execute social-first campaigns including referral pushes, awareness drives, and seasonal initiatives, while staying on top of platform trends and best practices. Performance Tracking & Insights Track social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and video views. Help compile weekly or monthly reports and translate insights into content improvements. Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with the Marketing Lead, designers, and video team to ensure content is on-brand, accurate, and aligned with business goals. Campaign & Content Support for South-East Asia markets What You’ll Learn Hands-on experience managing social media for a fintech brand serving SMEs. How to plan, produce, and optimise short-form content for performance and engagement. How social media supports product marketing, lead generation, and brand trust in B2B and SME segments. Practical experience with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, social scheduling tools, and analytics dashboards. How to turn performance data into actionable content insights. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields. Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation. Comfortable appearing on camera for short-form social content, behind-the-scenes clips, or trend-based videos. Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with a good eye for visuals and storytelling. Basic familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, or video editing tools is a plus. Bonus if you enjoy tracking trends, analysing content performance, and experimenting with new formats.
