Position Summary: The Social Media Intern will support day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and engagement across Pansophic Learning’s school social media accounts. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment, exposure to video-first strategies, and mentorship from experienced social media and marketing professionals. Deliverables Assist in developing and posting social media content (short-form video, graphics, copy). Support community management by monitoring comments, messages, and engagement. Help track performance metrics and report on campaign results. Research social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms. Process Collaborate with Social Media Strategist and other marketing team members to ensure alignment with campaign goals. Use social media management tools to schedule and publish posts. Capture and organize raw photo and video content for editing. Participate in brainstorm sessions for creative concepts. Qualifications: Required Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form video platforms. Strong writing skills and attention to detail. Curiosity and eagerness to learn in a professional marketing environment. Preferred Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Later). Basic skills in photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe). Prior internship or freelance experience in social media or digital marketing. Mindset Creative — brings fresh ideas and loves experimenting with content.
