To support this mission, Syngenta’s Hiring Team is seeking a seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Intern in Budapest, Hungary, to support our Employer Brand team. In this role, you’ll help bring our employee stories and culture to life across social platforms, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn. You’ll work closely with our Employer Brand Specialists to plan content, edit videos, and support creator-led storytelling that helps attract and engage future talent. This internship is ideal for someone who’s excited about social media, storytelling, and employer branding, and who wants hands-on experience building content for a global audience. Accountabilities Support the planning and execution of the employer brand social content calendar in partnership with the Employer Brand Specialist Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram and LinkedIn (e.g., Reels, Stories, short edits, captions) Develop clear creator briefs and shot lists for employee creators and brand ambassadors Source and pitch story ideas centered on our brand narrative Assist with organizing content assets, tracking requests, and maintaining libraries of footage and finished posts Monitor social trends, formats, and best practices to help inform content ideas and optimizations Collaborate with cross-functional partners as needed Adhere to delivery deadlines Will own a defined project during the internship, providing hands-on experience and cross–employer brand exposure Support other employer brand initiatives as needed Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, human resources, or related field Fluency in written and spoken English is required, additional languages a plus Strong understanding of content creation and video editing for social media (Canva, Capcut, or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project coordination skills Creativity and attention to detail Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools Enthusiasm for employer branding and talent acquisition Ability to handle high volumes of activity Ability to work with a team remotely, across several countries and time zones Additional Information Our efforts to become a really good place to work: Dynamic and international team with great atmosphere Possibilities to learn and grow High quality office environment Possibility of working from home Syngenta is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in recruitment, hiring, training, promotion or any other employment practices for reasons of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, marital or veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status. #LI-Hybrid
