In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies and campaigns that inspire and engage our employees. You will create compelling written and visual content for various internal platforms, manage our social media presence, and drive employee participation and advocacy on social media platforms. We are looking for a versatile and innovative individual who is passionate about storytelling, content creation, and social media. SKILLS & QUALIFICATION * Expertise in creating engaging written and visual content for various internal platforms, including social media, emails, and announcements. * Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and analytics for tracking engagement and campaign performance. * Ability to connect with people and bring out authentic stories through compelling narratives and storytelling techniques. * Basic understanding of video production, including shooting, editing, and publishing content. * Hands-on approach to managing social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders and employees. * Creative mindset with a sharp eye for what works on social media and a willingness to experiment with new ideas. * Ability to execute ideas end-to-end with speed and quality, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. RESPONSIBILITIES * Plan and execute internal communication strategies and campaigns to engage and inspire employees. * Create compelling written and visual content for various internal platforms, including social media, emails, and announcements. * Own and manage social media channels, including YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. * Conceptualize and produce engaging content, including posts, reels, short videos, stories, and campaigns. * Capture and showcase employee stories, events, and workplace moments through compelling narratives and storytelling techniques. * Collaborate with stakeholders to source content and translate it into impactful narratives. * Drive employee participation and advocacy on social media platforms through engaging content and campaigns. * Track and analyze engagement metrics and campaign performance to inform future content strategies. * Stay updated on social media trends and bring fresh, innovative content ideas to the table. * Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all internal communication channels.
