In this role, you’ll hunt down the most compelling real-life stories from across social media, conduct powerful interviews, and shape raw narratives into polished, emotionally resonant content for our digital audience. Whether it’s a viral TikTok moment, a heartwarming personal journey, or an unexpected twist in everyday life—you’ll help us turn it into scroll-stopping storytelling.

· Spot amazing video content before it goes viral—whether it’s trending on TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, or somewhere unexpected.
· Reach out to creators around the world with confidence, warmth, and a bit of charm—negotiating access to standout stories and viral-worthy videos (you’ll need to flex your schedule to different time zones).
· Work seamlessly with teams across our global offices, making sure everything runs smoothly from discovery to delivery.
· Jump on breaking news stories and trends, sourcing relevant video content remotely and quickly.
· Stay organized by keeping key admin tasks accurate and up to date.
· Hit performance targets with focus and consistency and always be ready to level up.
· Script edits that bring energy and emotion to social videos—creating content that feels made for the 18–23 audience, not just adapted for them.
· Conduct smart, human interviews that dig deeper into contributors’ stories—on video and in writing.
· Write clean, compelling copy that elevates our storytelling and drives engagement.
· Stay sharp on social trends, creator culture, and what’s working (or not) across our own channels—your insights help shape our strategy.
