Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE WITH US:

As our Social Media Lead, you’ll help plan and execute our social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and X. You’ll work closely with creative teams to produce engaging content, support digital campaigns, and ensure our channels are consistent, timely, and aligned with brand goals. Staying on top of trends and competitor activity will be a key part of your day-to-day, along with tracking performance and sharing insights to inform future planning. You’ll report to the Social Media Manager and play a key role in keeping our content relevant, engaging, and well-executed.
Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, where you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Create and manage high-quality, brand-aligned social media content across various formats and platforms
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging, social-first content and campaign ideas
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions
  • Tailor content for global and regional markets in coordination with cross-functional teams
  • Manage content scheduling and posting, ensuring alignment with the social media calendar and campaign goals
  • Monitor social media trends and competitors to inform content strategy and identify new opportunities
  • Track and report on performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and support ongoing optimisation
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and broader marketing teams to ensure alignment across channels and initiatives
