RealPlay is currently developing a new and significant venture, and we are building the core team that will help lead it and shape its direction from day one. We're looking for a Social Media Lead to build, shape, and grow the social presence of a new venture from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social platforms, understands culture and digital behavior, and knows how to turn content into meaningful engagement and measurable growth. You’ll be the voice of the brand online—creating content that resonates, building an active community, and driving the conversations that shape how users connect with us. Responsibilities Own content execution across all core social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.). Build, manage, and scale the brand's online community, driving direct user engagement and conversation. Collaborate with Creative and Analytics to test content formats, iterate quickly, and optimize for traffic, engagement, and conversion. Research and track social, cultural, and platform trends to identify real-time opportunities for viral or rapid growth moments. Plan and execute social content calendars, campaigns, and storytelling arcs aligned with product and brand goals. Work closely with Product and Marketing to amplify launches, features, and key milestones. Requirements 3+ years experience managing high-growth B2C social media accounts. Mandatory experience working with international/global markets. Proven track record of driving measurable traffic, engagement, and conversion. Proven experience in creating, scaling, and managing an active online community. Exceptional copywriting and strong understanding of visual storytelling. Experience working with analytics teams to optimize content performance. Strong understanding of social media compliance and moderation best practices.
