JOB TITLE: Social Media Manager

REPORTS TO: Director, Global Business Development & Marketing

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Marketing team as a creative and strategic Social Media Manager. This role will be responsible for leading our brand presence across multiple social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will take full ownership of content planning, creation, execution, and performance tracking. This includes developing platform-specific strategies, producing engaging content, interacting with our audience, and optimizing performance to drive visibility, brand consistency, and community engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and their best practices.
  • Requires experience managing the online presence of multiple brands.
  • Proficiency in design and editing tools (i.e. Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility for occasional travel and on-site production.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience managing influencer partnerships or UGC (User-Generated Content).
Responsibilities

(Role Breakdown: 25% Strategy | 50% Execution | 15% Planning | 10% Travel)

  • Monitor and incorporate emerging trends across platforms (i.e. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts).
  • Generate at least 6 to 8 original content ideas monthly (videos, carousels, graphics).
  • Monitor, respond, and engage with followers via comments, DMs, and other interactions.
  • Analyze competitor performance and develop tailored strategies for each brand.
  • Build, present, and adapt monthly strategies based on data and goals.
  • Design social graphics, reel covers, and visual assets consistent with brand aesthetics.
  • Manage and schedule all content across all platforms
