JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and analytics to effectively manage our online presence and foster relationships with our audience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEO practices, keyword research, content creation, and graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications is essential.
  • Strong understanding of public relations principles as they relate to online engagement and community building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
  • Experience in video editing is a plus for creating engaging multimedia content.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce strategies is preferred to effectively promote products on social platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics or other web analytics tools to inform decision-making processes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create content, edit and distribute over multiple platforms including filming podcasts
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement through social listening techniques.
  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance content discoverability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions while analyzing their effectiveness through Google Analytics.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly, fostering community interaction.
  • Maintain brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms through effective branding strategies.
  • Produce high-quality graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for promotional materials.
  • Oversee e-commerce initiatives on social platforms by integrating product promotions into content strategies.
  • Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Utilize photography skills for creating compelling visual content that resonates with the target audience.
