Responsibilities

As the Social Media Manager, you’ll craft and execute a strategic social media plan that brings our brand to life across platforms. Responsibilities include:

  • Capturing compelling images and videos of construction progress to use for content across all platforms
  • Organizing and logging all content for historical documentation and project logging.
  • Supporting and implementing the social media strategy to align with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Creating compelling content, including posts, videos, and visuals, that captures our quality work and team culture.
  • Engaging with our online community by monitoring, responding, and building connections with our audience.
  • Writing and editing posts that reflect our values, approach, and high standards.
  • Collaborating with marketing, design, and leadership teams to gather updates, client stories, and project highlights.
  • Analyzing engagement metrics and providing insights on optimizing post timing and audience reach.
  • Managing visual elements across accounts to maintain a cohesive brand look and feel.
  • Staying updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Coordinating paid social campaigns with external agencies, as needed.
  • Attending Networking events to make connection with other companies and connecting on social media
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
